3rd March 2008: James Petts joins from Blackfriars Chambers

Chambers is delighted to announce the arrival of Mr. James E. Petts, formerly of Blackfriars Chambers.

James joins us with a view to focusing on civil and employment practice, having had experience of a wide range of disciplines in magistrates', Crown, County courts, tribunals (including the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal) and the Court of Appeal (both the civil and criminal divisions), and with an interest in, amongst other things, civil cases involving allegations of dishonesty and/or substantial disputes of primary fact and cases encompassing unusual combinations of practice areas.

Using that experience, combined with the client base and ethos of Fleet Street Chambers, James will develop his practice to provide a bespoke service to clients whom we have identified as relevant.
