Sebby was called to the Bar in 2002, after a Successful career in Aviation spanning over 15 years. A keen aviation enthusiast and pilot, Sebby obtained a Masters in International Air & Space Law at University College London in 2002. Sebby is an SPCP Accredited Mediator (School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology Regent College London) and is available to mediate any dispute both in the United Kingdom and abroad.

Sebby has a unique practice, and appears in both the Civil and Criminal Courts on a regular basis. A specialist in International Air & Space Law, Sebby regularly advises the Airline industry and professional bodies on matters of Air Transport Law, Aircraft Finance & Leasing, Aviation Insurance, Carriage by Air, Aviation Intellectual Property, European Competition & Regulation and Dispute Resolution.

Sebby also enjoys a successful career at the Criminal Bar most noticeably as a junior counsel in murder cases at the Central Criminal Court: R v Reid & Others 2007; and R v Adebayo & Others 2006.

Areas of Practice
