**In 2008 Hiren left Chambers to relocate to Jersey where he joined the established litigation group 'Sinels Advocates'
He still retains a good working relationship with Chambers and remains an active member of Middle Temple.

Hiren Mistry commenced practice at Fleet Street Chambers in 2007 after tenancy and pupillage at a chambers in Leicester.
Hiren's practice encompasses all aspects of Common Law - Civil/Commercial, Family, Immigration, with particular emphasis on civil law where he has experience of conducting trials and advising on all tracks. He also has a strong Immigration practice, where he appears regularly at the Appeal Tribunals.
Prior to a career at the Bar, Hiren was a lecturer of laws at De Montfort University, Leicester and a Consulting Lawyer at a European law firm based in Prague where he advised on all areas of EU law. He still maintains contact with clients who instruct him to advise on matters of EU law.
Hiren is also a tutor at the University of London where he has teaches corporate governance, law and regulation of electronic finance and internet banking and legal aspects of corporate finance, which requires a full understating of the Law of Securities and other aspects of Business Law.
In his spare time, Hiren is an accomplished chef and is an LEA appointed school governor.
